Meet Hilary

Hilary Hackleman is a lifelong watercolor artist who lives in Alexandria, Virginia, just across the river from Washington, D.C.

 

She started painting portraits as gifts for friends and family. Today, she offers commissioned portraits as well as other quirky commissions.
